14543eb137 strip X specific from keyboard.cc; fix up many buttons to avoid prelight (mostly) and make transport buttons bindable (state not saved yet); use const char* not string in route order keys to avoid pointless mallocs during route sorting

1bddf1bc88 General SMPTE fixes mostly relating to non-integer frame rates. Please Test. Fix for sometimes entering an invalid SMPTE format by CHANGING THE SESSION FILE. ****Warning. the SMPTE frame rate will be reset to 30 NDF if you load an old sessionardour2_broken/***. Calculate the HMS verbose canvas cursor properly. Fix incorrect SMPTE display in clocks/VCC. Standardise size of SMPTE display in editor clocks. Make the zoom controls smaller (anyone with some smaller icons?).

6f4f716058 crossfade views are only as long as the crossfades themselves, show verbose time cursor when copy-grabbing regions (instead of upon motion), translucent regions while dragging/trimming

2bf3ed423f track naming patch from brian; slightly modified F11-bug workaround from brian; undo/redo items in edit menu now show operation to be undone/redone; canvas allocations now handled by an idle handler; region views respond to changes in fade/in/out curves ; undo/redo possible for some fade in/out operations; automation tracks extend to max_frames

Memento(Redo|Undo)Command has a noop for the undo or redo respectively, and
 we don't need both before and after state. This is primarily useful for
 drag start/finish callbacks, and really only makes sense where wrapped by
 (begin|commit)_reversible_command (a composite command).
 
 Also a few more "normal" MementoCommands.

This is the first swath of changes, replacing add_undo with MementoCommand
 pattern, through most of the editor_mouse.cc file. However there were a few
 places that weren't symmetrical that I need to think about. The question is
 whether to tweak things so that they are symmetrical (add_undo paired with
 add_redo*), or to allow Commands to not be undoable or not be redoable. Your
 thoughts are welcome.

8ca561f8d3 Change ArdourPrompter to not have an OK button by default, clean up new track/bus dialog and change 'affirmative' button on ArdourPrompter dialogs, make 'jack isn't running' dialog a MessageDialog, standardise some capitalisation, add stock buttons to plugin selector, fix layout of presets in plugin_ui. Fix 'rename range' dialog.

a8640ec0af removed the following environment variables: 
ARDOUR_GLADE_PATH
	ARDOUR_RC
	ARDOUR_UI
	ARDOUR_UI_RC
	ARDOUR_BINDINGS
	ARDOUR_COLORS

They have been replaced with just one environment
variable called ARDOUR_PATH which can contain a number
of colon separated paths that are used to find various
configuration and data files. Files located in
ARDOUR_PATH have priority over files in ~/.ardour/ and
in the system path.

Moved two member functions of the Configuration class
into globals.cc as they should of been static and I'm
trying to keep the non-portable code together when it
makes sense.
