f4c2d1a71d remove misleading comment, since WavesDialog does NOT share a common mechanism for closing dialogs. 
This functionality was removed because it is part of ArdourDialog, not
Gtk::Dialog, which WavesDialog inherits from.

230a701e93 make global solo button blink to indicate something-soloed. 
Color choices in icons/global_solo_button_active.png need "artist"
attention especially since "SOLO" text is pre-rendered.

3cc0c8d569 [Summary] Added handlers for events in Port Audio which where not handled. For all "Resynck Request", "Latency Changed" and "Buffer size Changed" events restart is required. 
NOTE: Other devices, unlike Sound Grid, trigger "Restart Request" event for all above cases.
