Paul Davis 27ccbab6c8 deeper fixes for route issue/s .. make RouteSignal use shared_ptr<Route> rather than Route&, like the rest of Ardour. NOTE: something probably needs to handle Route::GoingAway

tools AU state handling, including changes to PathScanner so that it can now do recursive searches. Note that AU state handling is not built by default, and public binaries for OS X will not include it.
