79ba996096 catch markers as they go away, to avoid selection corruption; add select-range-between-cursors (F3); add unimplemented select-all-within-cursors (different from select-all-between-cursors); make ctrl-x/delete delete a marker if the mouse is pointing at it

a80aaeba79 mouse zoom focus; mouse scrubbing becomes mouse shuttling; use nframes64_t more; add mouse_frame() method to get mouse position & whether its in one of the two canvases; add color_from_style() utility function (though its not used)

1bddf1bc88 General SMPTE fixes mostly relating to non-integer frame rates. Please Test. Fix for sometimes entering an invalid SMPTE format by CHANGING THE SESSION FILE. ****Warning. the SMPTE frame rate will be reset to 30 NDF if you load an old sessionardour2_broken/***. Calculate the HMS verbose canvas cursor properly. Fix incorrect SMPTE display in clocks/VCC. Standardise size of SMPTE display in editor clocks. Make the zoom controls smaller (anyone with some smaller icons?).

2bf3ed423f track naming patch from brian; slightly modified F11-bug workaround from brian; undo/redo items in edit menu now show operation to be undone/redone; canvas allocations now handled by an idle handler; region views respond to changes in fade/in/out curves ; undo/redo possible for some fade in/out operations; automation tracks extend to max_frames

6d07483a78 Changes to the Configuration object to properly handle radio actions as well as toggleactions. Then add Monitoring, Meter falloff, and Meter Hold under the options menu to the Configuration object, so that they will now be saved and recalled between ardour startups as non session specific items. Also, ardour.rc will be saved now on exit of ardour, wether or not session is saved. Also some text and color tweaks
