cffd18d2d8 implement spin-button internal<>interface bridge 
Widgets were written to use "[User] Interface" values, but the
spinbutton in a Bar-controller should allow to directly access
the "Internal Value".

049c11de58 Slider Controller API Change 
Prepare to allow BarController (with Spinbutton) to translate
internal/interface values for the SpinBox.

(The change is irrelevant for the fader/slider itself which
always use the [user-]interface value)

48a851011b add pixfader tweaks API: 
* change API to hide unity/default value line
* allow to override vertical scroll [1]
* allow changing button event forwarding [2]

[1] override scrolling in track-headers
[2] dbl-click is needed for BarControllers -> switch to SpinBtn
    but a plain Slider on a track-header should not forward
    these events to the TAV (they may trigger name-edit)

d439e93b1e Standardize drawing of PixFader and BarController; implement flat_buttons and prelight. 
Prepare for using Controllable interfaces, instead of passing in Adjustments.
ToDo:  reimplement image caching in a standardized way across widgets

a0ac0dca85 implement visual-sensitivity (gray out) for faders 
Note: bar-controller sensitivity state is not yet set if
automation-mode changes to/from play, but the widget now
supports that.

5249f82603 more theming and layout tweaks. new faders that pre-light. fixed some spacing around mixer buttons. tweaked some colors (returned mutes to yellow). removed group button at bottom of mixer strip and replaced it with fader automation mode.

92e5a13fd4 several theme changes. changed drawing of rounded_rectangle to be more correct. operation and feel should be more consistent. rec-mute-solo buttons are now dull until enabled. this might be debatable. otherwise if it looks weird, try loading Window->Theme Manager and clicking Restore Defaults

a3bcba2357 fulfill the promise of an in-library Keyboard object, and use platform specific modifiers throughout libgtkmm2ext. also fix up scrolling of pixfaders by making them grab keyboard magic focus when the mouse pointer is within them

64524c0ba4 Make pan double-click entry work in percentage left or right. Write pan position to the panner as text (except when centered). Use a virtual function rather than a signal for BarController labels.

24ccaac67e Further automation refactoring - bring in the concept of Controllable, work towards 
making automation + GUI + play/write/touch generic and easily reusable.
Added bar controller to automation track controls (mostly relevant for MIDI CC, but added for gain and pan too Just Because).
Fixed glaring "redirect" list errors.
Fix plugin controls/automation loading.

4fa71e154f tweaked panner appearance and consistency, panner line now distinct color from triangles. shift-click now reverts panner to center, left or right depending on number of channels. minor updates to osx app build script. fixed region editor re-show problem.
