change all use of g_critical() in libsmf() to g_warning()
...
g_critical translates to a fatal error in ardour, which is not true for any of these
errors.

MIDI robustness.

- Separate SMF::open and SMF::create, more powerful interface for both.
- Correctly handle note ons with velocity 0 as note offs in sequence.
- Use SMF (i.e. libsmf) for MIDI import
