a1955a82e8 AU GUIs basically working, though unfinished; push up dialog for massive split operations (still in progress); fix problem where peakfile is slightly older than audio data even though it is ready to use (debugging output still present); move sync-menu code to libs/gtkmm2ext for linkage reasons; prevent flush_pending() calls from "top menu" items on OS X from locking the GUI; try to make adding lots of regions (e.g. from split-at-points) scale a bit better; SAE version has no timecode mode for audio clocks

871a1f0e72 Prevent copy & paste of sends and inserts. Add "delete" command to the 
redirect box. Notice to translators: this text needs to be translated. 
I apologize for the inconvenience, but something had to be done to this 
issue.

77a13df5bd Moved PluginInfo::Type to ARDOUR::PluginType in ardour/types.h. 
Figured out (mostly) AUPluginUI hierarchy.
Moved LadspaPluginUI to its own ladspa_pluginui.cc file.

d7e728476a Add a stock question image to the choices dialog, other general dialog love.. Forgot to mention that in the last commit the default snapshot name has been modified for slightly better alphabetical sorting goodness (year is now first, weekday last).

8ca561f8d3 Change ArdourPrompter to not have an OK button by default, clean up new track/bus dialog and change 'affirmative' button on ArdourPrompter dialogs, make 'jack isn't running' dialog a MessageDialog, standardise some capitalisation, add stock buttons to plugin selector, fix layout of presets in plugin_ui. Fix 'rename range' dialog.
