c371fc5115 Prepare NSView/OpenGL Canvas (to speed up rendering on [mac]OS[X] 
This avoids Coregraphics (cairo_quartz_surface..) competely.
The openGL texture bypasses CG's slow argb_image and CGSColorMask
methods.
