805536fafa replace a typo with the result that led to the desired non-step behaviour on non-dragging clicks for horizontal sliders, so that the track can be selected by clicking on the fader without changing its position.

a1955a82e8 AU GUIs basically working, though unfinished; push up dialog for massive split operations (still in progress); fix problem where peakfile is slightly older than audio data even though it is ready to use (debugging output still present); move sync-menu code to libs/gtkmm2ext for linkage reasons; prevent flush_pending() calls from "top menu" items on OS X from locking the GUI; try to make adding lots of regions (e.g. from split-at-points) scale a bit better; SAE version has no timecode mode for audio clocks

7388e8e79d Make level meter colors user definable. Base, Mid, Top, and Clip colors are defined, and a gradient from Base to Mid is created, then a gradient from Mid to Top is created, then solid Clip. Also fixed the theme manager bug of not saving settings since 2.1 or so

4fa71e154f tweaked panner appearance and consistency, panner line now distinct color from triangles. shift-click now reverts panner to center, left or right depending on number of channels. minor updates to osx app build script. fixed region editor re-show problem.

927553f6b8 PBD::strip_whitespace_edges() returns the empty string if the passed string is 
all whitespace.  This allows for some mild code cleanup.  It's also declared in 
the PBD namespace now.

sfdb-v4 implemented.  Instead of fields that go across all files, there is now
just one tag field where you can enter comma delimited tags.  Searching for
tags to follow soon.  I recommend trashing your current ~/.ardour2/sfdb file.
