Always use internal, modified, zita-resampler
...
zita-resampler was modified from the original:
* a dedicated mono variable-resampler version was added
* full-cycle no-resampling was optimized into a delayline

Add libzita-resampler as lib
...
This simplifies x-compiling and x-platform builds as well
allows to statically link, if needed.
